Rheumatology
Our rheumatology practice encompasses all aspects of rheumatology. The population we service is highly diverse, with significant numbers of patients of Native American/Hispanic, Pacific Islander, and Asian as well as African ancestry. Particular clinical and research interests focus on disorders prevalent or serve muscle and lung disease, and patients requiring management of autoimmune disorders overlapping with rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, or axial spondylitis. Patients are seen in the UNLV Health Internal Medicine Clinics; we also attend to hospitalized patients at University Medical Center of Southern Nevada needing inpatient rheumatology consultation.
