Yonatan Ghiwot, MD, is an assistant professor in the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV Department of Internal Medicine. Dr. Ghiwot attended Texas A&M University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences. He then completed his medical education at St. George’s University and followed up with his residency in internal medicine at Florida Atlantic University.

Dr. Ghiwot’s interest in medical education and mentorship is a reflection of his commitment to shaping the future of healthcare. He believes in the transformative power of knowledge and wants to use his own to make a positive impact on the lives of his patients and the broader community.
