Horacio Guerra, MD
Family & Community Medicine
A Las Vegas native, Horacio Guerra, MD, is an assistant professor in the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV Department of Family and Community Medicine. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in cell and molecular biology from UNLV, Dr. Guerra earned his medical degree from the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine. He then completed a family medicine residency at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine, where he was involved in many lectures and workshops to teach medical students at the school.
A board-certified family physician, Dr. Guerra looks forward to providing care to the community in which he grew up. He has particular interests in preventative care and obesity management in the ambulatory setting.
